Courtney is such an amazing doula. She has such a calming, peaceful presence that helped reduce my anxiety before giving birth and was just what I needed in labor. I knew that I wanted to have a completely unmedicated birth and I think Courtney is the biggest reason why I was able to do that. She also got along great with my husband and helped him help me in the way I needed. I recommend her to everyone I know and can't wait to use her again for my next delivery!

From the moment I met Courtney, she exuded this incredible calming presence that was so comforting. I knew that she was who I needed to support me and my husband during the birth of our son. I was able to have the natural birth I wanted for myself and my son. I am certain that I would not have been able to have that dream come true without Courtney on my birthing team. I am forever grateful that we were blessed to have Courtney as our doula. She will always hold a very special place in my heart for what she helped me accomplish. I cannot recommend her enough!

Courtney was a God-send at my birth. In fact, I can't imagine my birth without her and I could not be happier with our experience. She has such a calming voice and presence - essential during a woman's laboring process. But her words aren't "fluff"- they are intentional, concise, and motivational. She uses her experience to speak wisdom into your specific birth and your birth preferences. Out of all the things you spend money on to prepare for your baby, hiring Courtney as a doula is the most worthwhile.

Courtney Scott is a Licensed Midwife and Certified Professional Midwife, licensed by the Medical Board of California, and able to monitor you and your baby under the scope of Advanced Birth Doula Support. However, Courtney is not a substitute for medical care as your Advanced Birth Doula. You should consult your chosen healthcare provider for recommendations on your and your baby's course of care. Courtney will not assist in the delivery of your baby at your home. If you are interested in having an at home birth, please see the Homebirth Midwife page for information about hiring Courtney to take over as your healthcare provider for your complete prenatal, at home birth and postpartum care.
